Target Audience
People of all ages and backgrounds have memories and stories worth sharing and preserving.
Moments ensures that our grandparents’ voices and experiences are kept alive, allowing future generations to learn from them and hear them as they once were.
With Moments, we all become storytellers.
What, Why & How?
Moments is a digital archive designed to make uploading and preserving memories simple and accessible.
Its unique feature transforms memories into interactive digital experiences, including Timelines, Collages, Carousels, Audio Stories, and Map Locations.
The app encourages intergenerational and multicultural storytelling, fostering deeper connections between family, friends, and local communities.
Shared local memories can also be featured on an Interactive Digital Map displayed in libraries during National Heritage Week, strengthening community bonds through shared stories and experiences.
National Heritage Week
Every year, National Heritage Week introduces a new theme, with 2024 focusing on Connections, Routes & Networks.
Moments aligns with this theme by curating inspiration prompts that keep storytelling fresh and rooted in heritage.
To bring local history to life, Moments will showcase themed memories on an interactive digital map displayed in local libraries during National Heritage Week (August 17–25, 2024) and Culture Night (September 20, 2024), fostering a deeper connection to community stories.
